On Saturday, November 13 (2021) in San Antonio, Texas, Pop Pistol publicly unveiled the Lightgeist mural as a centerpiece of the Luminaria Contemporary Arts Festival. Set as the backdrop for the central live music stage of the event, the UV reactive mural, designed by Alex Scheel, towered above each performer that night. As a final act, Pop Pistol took to the stage, accented with fluorescent paints and tape, as the mural was finally bathed with a UV effect through LED stage lighting, fully illuminating the reactive elements of the set.
